Add 750kg of distilled water to the reactor, stir and add 15kg of flat water with O, heat and dissolve. Then add 130kg of butyl acrylate, 35kg of acrylonitrile, and 5kg of 10% ammonium persulfate aqueous solution. React at 70-80 ℃ for 2 hours. Transfer it to an emulsification kettle and add an appropriate amount of molecular chain control agent carbon tetrachloride under high-speed stirring to protect the colloidal gum arabic and polyvinyl alcohol. Finally, add emulsified thickener kerosene and fully emulsify to obtain the finished product.
This product can be managed according to general industrial chemicals. When using it, gloves and protective glasses should be worn to avoid direct contact with the skin and eyes. If it gets on the skin, rinse with water and soap. Place in a cool and dry warehouse to prevent exposure to sunlight and rain.
